Cindy Condella, Owner & Senior ConsultantI launched CondellaConsulting in 2014 after over twenty years in the hospitality industry. I fell in love with the industry at the early age of sixteen while bussing tables for a popular fine dining restaurant in Northeastern Pennsylvania. While pursuing my hospitality degree at Marywood University, I took on various roles in several well-known establishments ranging from cooking to waitressing & bartending. Shortly after obtaining my degree, I began managing restaurants and eventually landed in catering sales. I spent eight years coordinating hundreds of weddings and other large events for a premier historic hotel. My deep understating of the operational demands of the business proved to be helpful in recommending event logistics and menu selections for clients. My years of effort and achievement inspired me to start my own company.
My skill to predict potential obstacles and ability to streamline communication allows for an event with little surprises. If an unforeseen challenge happens to arise, my experiences have equipped me with the capacity to handle it with ease.
I enjoy diverse cuisine and sampling wines from around the world. Presentation of food & beverage, as well as room & table decor is of high importance to me. This is accomplished in collaboration with the truly unique group of talented professionals in the industry. My admiration for these eclectic hospitality professionals keeps my love affair with the industry alive. A successful event is not possible without each one of them.
