Cindy Condella, Owner & Senior Consultant
I began working in the hospitality industry at the age of 15. I continued working in the industry as I studied hospitality management at Marywood University. Upon completion of my degree I took on various operational and managerial roles, eventually landing in sales at a local historic hotel. During my decade of work there I planned hundreds of events & weddings as the Director of Special Events.
In 2014, after 20 years of working in the industry, I launched my own event planning business. I began utilizing my knowledge to assist families plan the significant moments in their lives through event consultation and on-site coordination. I continue to find a great deal of joy collaborating with my clients and local wedding professionals.
I’m also a dedicated yoga practitioner and teach classes weekly. I live in Waverly with my husband Gerard and dog Dino.
Kelley Dougherty, Senior Consultant
Kelley has also spent years working in both operations and sales within the industry.
She earned her Hospitality Degree from Temple University in 2012. Upon completion of her degree she worked as a sales coordinator, catering sales manager, and during the week she currently leads as the Director of Sales at a local hotel.
Kelley began working events with me regularly during the 2016 season. I value her opinion, expertise, and support as the business continues to grow.
Kelley teaches dance locally and resides in Dunmore with her boyfriend Dustin and their dog Patsy.
We take great pride in using our deep knowledge of the industry as a whole to predict potential obstacles by preventing and managing them accordingly. Each event is unique with distinct challenges.
